A Marlow girl through and through, she has been in the property world since she was 16 years old. Jo has had a varied career working in sales, property development and lettings, both locally and in London. Establishing Andrew Milsom Lettings in 2006, after five years in Lettings & Property development in London. She has an unquestionable knowledge about the local market which she puts to good use when conducting property valuations and advising new and existing landlords about their properties. Jo loves spending time with her husband and two children and enjoys long country walks with their dog Bliss.

Lewis joined the team in 2015 from a partnership based retail background. Having grown up and lived in the area his whole life, he has great local knowledge to share with landlords and prospective tenants alike. In his position of Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lewis is in charge of arranging and executing all aspects of new tenancies for rental properties. Lewis has a strong interest in finance and investment, enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.
